1. Is this Service Free? How do I pay for it?
Yes, this service is provided to the users absolutely free. The system is supported by sponsors and the users do not have to pay anything for using the system.
2. Is there a limit to the number of cards that I can send?
No! You can send as many cards as you like. That's what the system is made for.
3. How can I find a card to send?
Look around! They're all over the place. Try the categories. You can also search for cards, using the "Search Toolbar" form at the top of any page on the site.
4. How can I get a copy of the card?
If you check the "Send me a copy of the card" checkbox on the personalization form, you'll be sent a special web address where you can see the card.
5. How can I send a card to multiple users?
Just before you send a card, at the personalize page, you can select an option "Send The Card To Multiple Recipients". Then all you'll need to do is fill in the name and email addresses of Your Reciepients. And your card will be on its way to ALL your recipients.
6. How do I know that the card I sent has been viewed?
Just before you send a card, at the personalize page, you can select an option "Notify me when the recipient views this card". If you choose this option, an acknowledgment email will be sent to you once the card has been viewed. Please note that this email is sent the first time the card is viewed only.
7. How do I send the card?
It's very simple. Find the card you want to send by browsing our site or using our search function. Then click on the card you want to send. After that, just follow the instructions.
8. How do I view the card that was sent to me?
Click on the colored link in the email that you have received from the sender and you will automatically see the card. If the link is inactive, copy the entire URL and paste it on to a browser.
